In alle gevallen waarin wij optreden als aanbieder of leverancier zijn op onze offertes, op opdrachten aan ons en op met ons gesloten overeenkomsten de METAALUNIEVOORWAARDEN van toepassing. Deze voorwaarden zijn gedeponeerd bij de griffie van de rechtbank Rotterdam.

In all cases in which we act as offeror or supplier, our offers, assignments given to us and agreements concluded with us are subject to the METAALUNIE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. These terms and conditions have been filed at the Registry of the Rotterdam District Court.
